Unwanted Goods / Cancellation Of Order:
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. To cancel your order please email us via our contacts page or in writing within 7 business days of placing your order.
Thefireworkwarehouse.co.uk will offer a refund, less return carriage costs.
(Please note that a specialist courier service must be used as it is illegal to send fireworks through the post.)
We will happily arrange for unwanted goods to be collected via our courier at a cost of £50. We will not accept returns via the postal service. You the consumer are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations.
Please Note: We cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or that the safety seal has been broken. Under the Distance Selling Regulations we accept you have the right to inspect the goods purchased from us, but removal of the safety seal makes the product unsafe to transport.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, but prior to you taking delivery, please inform us as above, but when the courier arrives with the delivery, explain to the courier that the order has been cancelled and refuse delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to the Firework Warehouse Customer Services Department as soon as possible, we do give you 7 days to inform us for an exchange.
The Fireworkwarehouse.co.uk offers a 30 day replacement policy on all faulty products. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in itís original box for a replacement. All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found not to be faulty.
A refund will be issued once The Fireworkwarehouse.co.uk receives the goods in question. We aim to refund you within 14 days. Under DSR regulations we are obliged to†refund your payment within 30 days.
How to Return an Item
If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure the items are in there original boxes. You will need to enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund.
We recommend that you send goods back by Night Freight as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Return carriage costs of unwanted goods are to be paid by the customer.
