Single Ignition Fireworks
Single ignition fireworks are basically a collection of fireworks strapped together with a single fuse linking all the fireworks together. The fireworks used are usually a selection of single shot roman candles and or mines all linked by a fast burning fuse. Each of the individual fireworks are set off in quick succession creating a fantastic 'mini' display. Each manufacturer has a different name for their own single ignition firework. Names include barrage, single ignition unit, cake, multi shot barrage, but they are all essentially the same thing.
Examples of Single Ignition Fireworks
A large 88 shot display cake with a wide variety of effects, including Red Peony with Silver Glitter, Comets with Silver Tails, Silver Coconut, Gold Brocade with Rain and Crackling Tails, Red Pistil with Crackle, Green Pistil with Crackle, Green Spinner, Red Spinner with Tails, Green & Red & Blue Peonys, Peony with Coconut, Peony with Rain, Red & Green Peonys. You will be amazed at this single ignition “Display in a Box”.
Hercules is a huge single ignition barrage with fan-shaped effect, Red purple and green tails to red and purple stars and green glitter, red white and green tails to red, white and green wave, blue tails to blue stars and brocade, then whistling tails to crackling.
Single ignition fireworks can be used during any part of your display, they are not just for an amazing finale. They work just as well as an opener or at any point in the show. However some of the larger cakes are a fantastic way to end your display.
